📌 Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds are processed within 6–8 working days once approved.
• Items without the original seal tag are not eligible for return or exchange.

🚚 Shipping

• Orders are processed within 24–72 hours.
• Delivery time: 2–4 working days via priority courier.
• A tracking link will be sent to your email/SMS once dispatched.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with the seal tag intact.
• Size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.
• Refunds are only issued for damaged/defective items or if an exchange cannot be fulfilled.

3️⃣ Send & Receive
Send your item back. Once inspected, we’ll ship your new size or process your refund.
